How does the free trial work?
Membership is billed through Whop with a 3-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
How is the membership billed?
Whop handles billing, payment methods and cancellations. After the 3-day trial the subscription renews at $19.95 AUD per month until you cancel. Manage everything from your Whop account.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your Whop account at any point. Access remains until the end of the current billing period.
Do I need a Krok Odds website account too?
No — the Discord membership is standalone and works without a Krok Odds web account. If you already pay for Krok Odds web on the Apex plan (Stripe), Discord member access is included automatically: link your Discord in account settings and the member role is granted while your subscription is active. Cancelling the Krok web subscription revokes the role automatically.
I'm already an Apex subscriber — how do I get into Discord?
Two steps. (1) Join the Krok Odds Discord server from account settings (one click). (2) Link your Discord in the same page — that lets us match your Discord account to your Krok subscription and auto-grant the member role. Skip the Whop checkout entirely; you do not need to pay twice.
What's the difference between the Discord server and the DM alerts bot?
Two separate things. The server is the community + alert channels where members post. The DM bot is optional — it adds the Krok Odds app to your Discord account (not a server) and DMs alerts directly to you. Linking the DM bot is also what lets us auto-grant your member role for Apex subscribers.
Is this a tipping or guarantee service?
No. Krok Odds is an analytics tool. Alerts identify market opportunities but all betting decisions are the sole responsibility of the user. Betting involves financial risk.
